By purchasing a subscription plan, recurring service, or any ongoing purchase option from Sit N Shop, you agree to the terms outlined below alongside our Terms of Service and other published policies.
- SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
Sit N Shop may offer recurring subscription-based services including, but not limited to:
- consignment service tiers;
- membership plans;
- premium support plans;
- Diamond tier services;
- digital memberships;
- recurring seller services;
- onboarding or management plans.
Subscription features and pricing are subject to change at any time.
- BILLING FREQUENCY
Subscriptions may be billed:
- weekly;
- monthly;
- quarterly;
- annually;
- or at another interval displayed at checkout.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise Sit N Shop and its payment providers to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.
- CANCELLATION RIGHTS
You may cancel your subscription at any time unless otherwise stated within a specific plan agreement.
Cancellation requests must be submitted:
- through your customer account;
- via the applicable billing portal;
- or by contacting admin@sitnshop.com.
Cancellation requests must be received before your next billing date to avoid further charges.
- EFFECT OF CANCELLATION
Upon cancellation:
- your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period;
- no further recurring charges will be applied after the active term expires;
- benefits, features, item allowances, support levels, and services associated with the cancelled plan may immediately reduce or terminate at the end of the billing cycle.
Cancellation does not automatically trigger refunds for previous payments already processed.
- DOWNGRADES AND PLAN CHANGES
If you downgrade to a lower subscription tier:
- active item limits may be reduced;
- excess items may be returned, paused, removed, or delisted;
- certain premium features or support services may no longer apply.
Sit N Shop reserves the right to prioritise operational efficiency and higher-performing items when determining which listings remain active following a downgrade.
- NON-REFUNDABLE FEES
Unless otherwise required by law, the following are generally non-refundable:
- subscription fees already billed;
- onboarding fees;
- setup fees;
- digital products;
- premium consultations;
- account management services;
- authentication services;
- shipping costs;
- marketplace fees already incurred.
- FAILED PAYMENTS
If a recurring payment fails:
- subscription benefits may be suspended;
- listings may be paused or removed;
- account access may be restricted;
- payout processing may be delayed.
Sit N Shop reserves the right to retry failed payments using the authorised payment method.
- ACCOUNT TERMINATION
Sit N Shop reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions or recurring services where:
- fraudulent activity is suspected;
- abusive conduct occurs;
- counterfeit goods are submitted;
- these policies or Terms of Service are violated;
- payment disputes or chargebacks occur.
- CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing within this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable United Kingdom consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and UK distance selling regulations.
- POLICY CHANGES
Sit N Shop reserves the right to modify or update this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy at any time.
Updated versions will be published on our website and continued use of subscription services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
